Subscription Policy

By signing up for a Khamareh® subscription and creating an account on the Website or mobile app, you agree to the terms set forth in our Subscription Policy until you cancel your subscription. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your participation in the Program at any time.

We reserve the right to delete and/or archive incomplete User Accounts in our sole discretion. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your state to subscribe to the Subscription Program.

We may contact you from time to time to request updates to your information and to facilitate ongoing subscriptions.

You may pause your subscription for a specified period of time. If you do not cancel before the end of the pause period, charging to your payment device will resume automatically.

Your subscription will automatically renew for another subscription period unless you cancel at least 1 day before the applicable renewal processing date of your subscription, or next billing date.

We reserve the right to determine and modify the pricing of our Products. We will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the Website up to date. Pricing information published on the Website is subject to change without notice. We may adjust the price of future subscription shipments to reflect current product pricing. We will provide you with advance notice of any price changes affecting your subscription; however, your consent is not required for such changes to take effect. Continued participation in the subscription service following notification constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

Subscribers who initiate their subscription during designated promotional periods, including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, seasonal sales events, or other major discount campaigns, acknowledge that standard shipping benefits may not apply to their initial subscription.

If Khamareh is unable to fulfill the complete order due to insufficient inventory or unavailability of one or more products, you agree to accept partial delivery consisting solely of those products currently available and defer for a subsequent order any products not available at the time of initial shipment.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, substitute, or discontinue subscription plans, pricing structures, product specifications (including but not limited to size, quantity, formulation, and packaging), and any other associated terms at any time, in our sole discretion. We will provide you with advance notice of any changes affecting your current subscription plan, pricing, or products. Your consent is not required for such modifications to become effective. Your continued participation in the subscription service following receipt of notice shall constitute binding acceptance of all such changes.
