Refunds & Returns
At Khamareh, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis with customer satisfaction as our ultimate goal. We inspect each item to ensure products are in perfect condition before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges if you are not satisfied with your order. Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and packaging must not have been damaged.
- If packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened/used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.
- To return a product, clients will have to cover the return shipping.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued in voucher form which can be redeemed within 30 days from the day you receive the voucher code.
- The initial shipping cost will not be redeemed nor refunded.
Damaged or Delayed Items
- If your item is damaged, broken, or disfigured upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
- Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
- To cancel your subscription, contact our customer support team by sending an email to our support address. Our team will ensure your subscription is cancelled promptly.
Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. We go above and beyond to inspect each item and ensure products are in perfect condition before shipping.
