Bei Khamareh bearbeiten wir Retouren fallweise, wobei die Kundenzufriedenheit unser oberstes Ziel ist. Wir prüfen jeden Artikel sorgfältig, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produkte vor dem Versand in einwandfreiem Zustand sind.
Rücksendungen & Umtausch
- We accept returns and exchanges if you are not satisfied with your order. Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and packaging must not have been damaged.
- If packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened/used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.
- To return a product, clients will have to cover the return shipping.
Rückgaberichtlinien
- Refunds will be issued in voucher form which can be redeemed within 30 days from the day you receive the voucher code.
- The initial shipping cost will not be redeemed nor refunded.

- If your item is damaged, broken, or disfigured upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
- Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.
